Shipping & Returns

                                                Shipping Policy (e-books only)

UK & International Shipping:

We are currently able to fulfil all UK and international orders placed on our e-books. We aim to process all e-book orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of you receiving your order confirmation email.

Our e-books are delivered electronically via email, so after placing your order, you should receive another email containing your order. Please ensure you have provided a suitable and functional email address, as failure to provide this may result in your order being delayed or misplaced.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, then please contact us at: customerservice@carmeliarobertsbooks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it further for you.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy (e-books only)

The Consumer Contracts Regulations contain specific provisions for digital content. As a consumer you must also acknowledge that once the download starts you lose your right to cancel.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@carmeliarobertsbooks.com  with your order number and a photo/any print screens of the issue you are experiencing. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
